It has taken me a while to figure out what Miso actually "does"... But I think I understand now. I believe she makes structures and "scenes" on this website "Secondlife" which is a very difficult thing to do.
Miso believes that "We use sounds way more than we think. So I merely extend that to the audio because it is both my background and I have particular sensitivity to sound." I believe when she says this, because many talented people see most things or in this case, hear things differently than everyone else does. Here are more examples of her artwork:
